Watermelon Salad with Cucumber, Heirloom Tomatoes and Goat Cheese 

Tzatziki Potato Salad with Yogurt, Fresh Dill and Cucumber

Grilled Corn on the Cob with Sweet Butter and Sea Salt

Grilled Honey Lime Prawns

BBQ Chicken Wings

Summer Berry Buttermilk Short Cake with Creme Fraiche Double Cream


Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
