Menu may include:

Crispy Polenta
poblano chile, grilled corn, baby tomato

Quinoa
grilled plum, arugula, mint, walnut, fennel, lime

Eggplant Tostada
handmade blue corn tortilla, pickled red cabbage, avocado salsa

Barley Risotto
summer squash, pepita, baby kale, pickled radish

Mexican Chocolate + Coconut Pie
