Intro to French Pastries

Location: The Cooking School (upstairs from Farley Bar), Building 602
Time: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Join us for unique experience with Chef Monique Feybesse who will introduce our guests to the Art of French pastries. These pastries are home friendly, simple yet elegant in their own right. We will learn to do basic techniques with dough and work with seasonal bounty of the season alongside high quality pastry ingredients. Chef Monique is the co-owner of Tarts de Feybesse patisserie in the Bay Area, recently rated one of the "top 25 bakeries" in the Bay Area by San Francisco Chronicle.
