Time: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Take a brunch tour along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. Beautiful regional dishes that will transport you!

Menu may include:

Stone Fruit Caprese Salad with Fresh Mozzarella and Micro Basil

Chopped Cucumber and Tomato Salad with Kalamata Olives and Feta Cheese

Summer Tomato Pesto Strada

Spinach and Herbed Mushroom Cast Iron Frittata

Roasted Branzino with Tomato Confit, Red Onion

Strawberry Greek Yogurt Parfait with Rosemary and Balsamic Pearls


Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
