Time: 11:00am - 2:00pm

Join Chef Jeff Chase for a brunch with Southern flair inspired by the adult playground we call New Orleans. Students will learn hearty classics like Creole hollandaise sauce, shrimp and grits, and fried green tomatoes with remoulade. And of course, we will fry up some fresh beignets!
