Exploring the cuisine of Japan is a delicious experience full of a variety of textures and flavors. In this class we will perfect the art of rolling sushi and forming nigiri. We will also grill yakitori and fry tempura. All of your favorites will be here: teriyaki glazes, dipping sauces, fresh fish (both local and from Japan), sushi rice, soba noodles, and more. Plus Japanese beer and sake!
