Ready for Spring? We sure are! Please join us for a celebration of the change of seasons using the amazing local bounty that delights us all. 


Menu may include:

Spring Herb Salad with Eggs and Walnuts

Braised Carrots with Leeks and Tarragon

Gnocchi with Spring Vegetables and Basil

Herb Roasted Chicken with Cannellini Beans, Fennel and Spring Onion

Lamb Ragout with Spring Vegetable

Blood Orange Meyer Lemon Parfait

 

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
