The workhorses of the kitchen, creating beautiful vegetarian dishes in your cast iron collection.

Menu may include:

Zucchini Fritters with Creamy Feta Cheese Dip

Braised Baby Carrots with Maple and Coriander

Braised Leeks with Walnuts and Parsley

Spicy Skillet Quinoa - Fire Roasted Tomatoes

Root Veggie Pot Pie with Buttery Flaky Crust

Pear Crisp with Ginger Oat Crumble and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream


Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
