Explore the vegetarian table using local produce and artisanal tofu. You won't even miss the meat!

peanut sauce
Black Bean + Quinoa-Stuffed Poblano Peppers

Polenta with Glazed Mushrooms

Green Bean Salad
feta dressing, toasted hazelnuts

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
